WearAI provides AI-powered tools for creating, editing, transforming, and processing media, including images, documents, videos, prompts, reference materials, and related creative assets.

The Service may include experimental, beta, or third-party-powered features. Features, limits, pricing, models, availability, and output quality may change at our discretion.

You must be legally able to use online services in your location. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use WearAI only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain any rights you have in content you upload, submit, or provide to WearAI ("User Content"). User Content may include images, documents, videos, prompts, reference materials, brand assets, likenesses, and other materials.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide User Content to WearAI and to use, publish, or distribute any outputs you create.

You grant WearAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, display, and transmit User Content solely as needed to operate, provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

The Service may generate images, media, text, or other materials based on your User Content and prompts ("Outputs"). AI systems may produce inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or legally sensitive results.

Outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users and may not be unique. WearAI does not guarantee that Outputs are free from third-party rights, suitable for commercial use, eligible for intellectual property protection, or compliant with advertising, marketplace, platform, or industry rules.

You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs and determining whether you may lawfully use them for your intended purpose.

You may not upload, process, generate, or use content in a way that infringes or violates copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual restrictions, platform rules, or other third-party rights.

If you believe content on WearAI infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to review the request.

You may not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, spam, harassment, threats, hate, or content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors.

You may not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, misleading deepfakes, or content that violates another person's privacy, likeness, voice, or identity rights.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass rate limits, evade safety systems, resell unauthorized access, or use bots or automated systems in a way that harms the Service.

Certain features may require subscriptions, credits, usage-based fees, or other paid plans. Prices, plan limits, renewal terms, and included features will be shown at checkout or in the relevant product flow.

Payments may be processed by Stripe and payment methods supported by Stripe, such as credit cards, PayPal where available, and other supported payment options.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, paid fees are non-refundable. Refund requests based on severe, verified technical issues preventing core service use may be considered at WearAI's discretion.

WearAI may rely on third-party services for authentication, analytics, hosting, payments, AI models, media processing, storage, or other functionality.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. WearAI is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

WearAI and its website, software, interface, design, trademarks, documentation, models, workflows, and underlying technology are owned by WearAI or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of WearAI's intellectual property to you, and you may not use WearAI branding without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, attempted fraud, abused the Service, failed to pay fees, or harmed WearAI, users, or third parties.

You may stop using WearAI at any time. You may request account or personal data deletion by contacting [email protected].

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearAI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, available in every region, or suitable for your specific use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearAI's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to WearAI for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
