Last Updated: May 20, 2026

Welcome to WearAI ("WearAI," "we," "us," or "our"). WearAI provides AI-powered media creation, editing, and processing tools, including tools for images, documents, videos, prompts, and related creative workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use our website, accounts, tools, and related services. By using WearAI, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you create an account, sign in, purchase a paid feature, or contact support, we may collect information such as your email address, name, login details, billing status, support messages, and other information you choose to provide.

User content. We collect and process content you submit to WearAI, including images, documents, videos, prompts, reference materials, generation settings, and outputs created through the service.

Information from sign-in providers. If you sign in through Google or another supported provider, we may receive information made available by that provider, such as your email address and basic profile information.

Information collected automatically. We may collect log and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, error logs, and interaction data.

2. Uploaded Content and AI Processing

WearAI processes uploaded files and prompts only as needed to provide the feature you request, such as media editing, file processing, AI generation, or related product functionality.

Some features may require processing by infrastructure, AI model, media-processing, or storage providers. We aim to share only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve WearAI; process your uploads and generation requests; manage accounts; process payments; provide customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated, de-identified, or statistical information to understand usage trends, improve product performance, and develop new features, provided that such information does not identify you.

4. AI Model Training

WearAI does not use your uploaded content or generated outputs to train WearAI-owned AI models unless we clearly ask for your permission first.

Third-party AI or infrastructure providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing commitments when their services are used to provide a WearAI feature.

5. Payment and Billing Information

Paid features may be processed through Stripe and payment methods supported by Stripe, such as credit cards, PayPal where available, and other supported payment options.

WearAI does not store full payment card numbers. Payment information is handled by our payment processor according to its security and privacy practices.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics and similar technologies to understand how visitors use WearAI and to improve the product experience.

These technologies may use cookies, device identifiers, and usage events. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect certain website or account features.

7. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate WearAI, including hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, security, customer support, AI model, and media-processing providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request; to protect the rights, safety, or security of WearAI, users, or others; to investigate fraud or abuse; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with legal and billing obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and operate secure systems.

If you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify eligible information. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, caches, or records retained for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.

9. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

To exercise a privacy request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

WearAI is intended for a global audience. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of WearAI after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
