Information from sign-in providers. If you sign in through Google or another supported provider, we may receive information made available by that provider, such as your email address and basic profile information.

Information collected automatically. We may collect log and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, error logs, and interaction data.

WearAI processes uploaded files and prompts only as needed to provide the feature you request, such as media editing, file processing, AI generation, or related product functionality.

Some features may require processing by infrastructure, AI model, media-processing, or storage providers. We aim to share only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve WearAI; process your uploads and generation requests; manage accounts; process payments; provide customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated, de-identified, or statistical information to understand usage trends, improve product performance, and develop new features, provided that such information does not identify you.

WearAI does not use your uploaded content or generated outputs to train WearAI-owned AI models unless we clearly ask for your permission first.

Third-party AI or infrastructure providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing commitments when their services are used to provide a WearAI feature.

Paid features may be processed through Stripe and payment methods supported by Stripe, such as credit cards, PayPal where available, and other supported payment options.

WearAI does not store full payment card numbers. Payment information is handled by our payment processor according to its security and privacy practices.

We use Google Analytics and similar technologies to understand how visitors use WearAI and to improve the product experience.
